Hoses specifically designed to meet the demanding needs of the marine industry. Built for performance and reliability in marine environments, our hoses and pipes are engineered to withstand extreme conditions such as saltwater exposure, high pressures, and fluctuating temperatures. Whether you're outfitting a commercial vessel, recreational boat, or offshore platform, our products are crafted to provide the durability and safety you need on the water.

Our collection includes hoses and pipes for essential marine applications such as fuel transfer, exhaust systems, and cooling. For fuel lines, our products ensure safe, leak-resistant performance, even in the harshest marine conditions, providing reliable fuel delivery for engines.

In exhaust systems, our hoses and pipes are designed to manage high temperatures and pressures, ensuring smooth and efficient expulsion of exhaust gases while maintaining safety and performance. Additionally, our cooling hoses help regulate engine temperatures, preventing overheating and ensuring your vessel operates at peak efficiency.

Made from high-quality materials such as silicone, T6063 Aluminium, and 304 Stainless Steel, our marine hoses and pipes are resistant to UV, ozone, saltwater, and other harsh elements. These materials provide excellent flexibility, strength, and resistance to aging, ensuring long-lasting performance even in the most challenging marine environments.

Whether you’re outfitting a yacht, fishing boat, or large commercial vessel, our Marine Hose & Pipe Collection offers the reliability and durability you need for all your marine applications. Shop today for high-performance solutions that keep your vessel operating smoothly.

What do you supply for marine use?

ISO 7840 A1 marine fuel hose, fluorosilicone Fuel & Oil silicone hose and elbows, PVC reinforced, layflat and LPG hose, stainless steel elbows, gas regulators and regulator hose kits, PTFE braided AN hose, wire reinforced silicone, blanking bungs and stainless hose clips. Everything that has to carry fuel, water, gas or air on a boat.

Why can't I use automotive fuel hose on a boat?

Because a fuel leak on a boat collects in the bilge rather than draining away and dispersing. ISO 7840 A1 is the fire-tested, low-permeation grade specified for permanently installed fuel lines on recreational craft. Automotive hose is neither, and surveyors and insurers will flag it. It is the one place we would push back hard on a substitution.

What is the difference between A1 and A2 marine hose?

Both are ISO 7840, but A1 has a much lower permeation rate and is fire tested, making it the grade for fuel feed and return lines in engine spaces. A2 is a lower-permeation grade for some fill and vent applications. Our marine hose is A1 spec, so it covers the demanding positions as well as the easier ones.

How should hose be secured on a boat?

Two stainless steel hose clips at every fuel connection, which is what the standard expects below the waterline or in an engine space. Use 316 stainless rather than plated, support the hose so it cannot chafe against a bulkhead or engine mount, and keep it clear of the exhaust. Renew clips whenever you renew hose.

Why stainless rather than aluminium fittings?

Salt. Aluminium copes well in a car; in a marine environment stainless is far more resistant to salt corrosion and takes a better finish. Our stainless elbows are 304 polished, in 45 and 90 degrees from 13mm to 102mm outside diameter with 150mm legs. Use 316 stainless clips alongside them wherever spray or immersion is a factor.

What do I need for onboard gas?

The right regulator for your cylinder valve - 21mm clip-on butane at 28mbar, 27mm clip-on propane at 37mbar, or a screw-on POL propane regulator at 37mbar, all to EN 16129 - plus LPG-rated hose to ISO 3821 and proper gas hose clips. We also do regulator and hose kits. Marine gas installations should be commissioned by a qualified engineer.
