How it works

  • 1. Order online

    Add what you need to your basket and choose collection instead of delivery at checkout.

  • 2. Wait for the email

    We’ll pick your order and email you as soon as it’s ready. Please don’t set off before that lands.

  • 3. Collect from the counter

    Come to the trade counter during opening hours with your order confirmation — on your phone is fine.

Wait for the ready email before you travel

We’ll email you the moment your order is picked and waiting at the counter. If you need something in a hurry, ring us on 01924 496111 and we’ll tell you what’s on the shelf before you set off.

Our trade counter is on Holme Bank Business Park, just off Station Road in Mirfield. There’s parking on site.

How do I choose Click & Collect?

Add everything to your basket as normal, then choose collection rather than delivery at the checkout. There’s nothing else to arrange.

When will my order be ready?

We’ll email you as soon as it’s picked and waiting at the counter. Please wait for that email before travelling — if you need something urgently, call 01924 496111 and we’ll check stock for you there and then.

What do I need to bring?

Your order confirmation or collection email — showing it on your phone at the counter is absolutely fine.
