Made an order and forgot one piece. Rang and spoke to a lovely chap called Ashley who sorted it out. I was later told that 1 piece of my order was out of stock and sent through as required and then received the missing part a few days later at no charge. A truly brilliant company good old fashioned service.

These clips can be tightened by slotted screw driver or small socket tool set which is most helpful as its not always possible to get a screwdriver firmly on the screwhead

Select the { correct internal size of hose diameter } Connecting tube. S[ray lightly with silicone lubricant inside the ends of the tubes to be joined make sure you have the worm drive clips on the hose. Push the hoses together on the connecteor Thghten clips. Jobe done quick and easy
Brilliant, I can recommend wrapping the tube with Gorilla tape before cutting with an angle grinder, to prevent the strands flaring out.
No problem with the hose or company very good service and offered a refund straight away when the delivery service let them down
