Die-Cast Alloy Gas Fitting is a high-strength component designed for reliable use in cooking, welding, medical, power, and catering applications. Manufactured entirely from solid die-cast alloy, the fitting provides excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and structural stability. With an 8 mm internal diameter and 85 mm body length, it is engineered to withstand demanding conditions while maintaining consistent performance. Conforming to EN 16129 standards, this precision-made fitting combines safety with resilience, delivering reliable service across a wide temperature range of -0°C to +50°C. Finished in a gloss coating and coloured blue for easy identification, the fitting offers both functional strength and professional presentation.

Key Features:

  • Material: Solid die-cast alloy for maximum strength and durability.

  • Internal Diameter: 8 mm.

  • Main Body Length: 85 mm overall.

  • Surface Finish: Gloss coating with blue colour identification.

  • Reinforcement: Solid die-cast alloy construction.

  • Working Pressure: 28.0 bar.

  • Bursting Pressure: 28.0 bar for safety compliance.

  • Weight: 239 g.

  • Temperature Range: -0°C to +50°C.

  • Standard: Conforms to EN 16129.

The solid die-cast alloy build provides exceptional resistance to mechanical stress, impact, and environmental wear, ensuring long service life in both light-duty and heavy-duty use. Its precision manufacturing allows for secure and leak-free integration into gas systems, while the blue gloss finish aids quick identification in multi-line or multi-system setups. With a working pressure and bursting pressure both rated at 28 bar, the fitting guarantees consistent reliability under operational demands.

Applications include catering and cooking equipment, welding gas supply systems, medical gas lines, power generation equipment, and general propane or butane handling. Die-Cast Alloy Gas Fitting provides a durable, EN 16129-compliant solution where strength, safety, and long-term reliability are essential.

Low Pressure 21mm Butane Clip On Gas Regulator 28mbar

✅ 1kg/h Capacity ✅ -0°C to +50°C ✅ EN 16129

What is it, and which cylinder does it fit?

A single-stage LPG regulator. This is the 21mm clip-on type delivering 28mbar, for butane cylinders. Check the valve on your cylinder before ordering - clip-on and screw-on fittings are not interchangeable.

What is the difference between butane and propane regulators?

They deliver different pressures - butane 28mbar, propane 37mbar - and appliances are jetted for one or the other, so the wrong regulator makes an appliance run badly and unsafely. Propane also vaporises at much lower temperatures, which is why it is the choice for outdoor and winter use.

What standard is it built to?

EN 16129, the European standard for LPG pressure regulators. That covers the relief mechanism, the materials and the pressure accuracy. Uncertified gas equipment is not worth the saving.

What flow rate does it deliver?

1kg/h maximum. Check that against the total demand of your appliances - a regulator that cannot supply enough gas causes appliances to run weak or cut out under load, particularly with several burners going at once.

What temperature range does it cover?

-0C to +50C. This is another reason propane is preferred for outdoor and winter work - butane stops vaporising properly as the temperature approaches freezing, so a butane setup can simply stop delivering gas on a cold morning.

What hose do I need with it?

It has an 8mm (5/16 inch) hose nozzle outlet, which takes LPG-rated hose to ISO 3821 secured with proper gas hose clips. Never substitute general-purpose rubber hose, and replace the hose at the date marked on it.
