Simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, and we’ll issue you a full refund. Returned items should be unused and returned in original packaging, alongside any enclosed documentation.

Before Returning an item, please follow these steps below:

  • - Goods will only be accepted for return within 30 days of ordering the item.
  • - The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, we ALWAYS recommend that you send the parcel using an insured delivery service. If an item has not been delivered and has been sent via an untracked service, unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this.
  • - Any discrepancies of orders must be reported within 3 working days of the delivery date. All orders will come with a packing slip, please send us a picture of this along with your order number and a list of missing/incorrect items.
  • - If we are found to be fault a pre paid label shall be provided, we WONT refund a postage label if you have decided to send the back yourself.
  • - We will process the refund within 48 hours on receipt of the return. Once processed, the refund will appear in your bank account in 5-10 working days.
