Generator

We offer a comprehensive range of high-performance solutions for generator applications, designed to deliver durability, flexibility, and reliability in challenging environments. Whether you're operating a large industrial generator or a residential unit, our hoses and pipes are engineered to withstand extreme temperatures, high pressures, and exposure to various fluids, ensuring your system runs smoothly and efficiently.

Ideal for critical generator systems, our collection includes hoses and pipes for cooling systems, ensuring your generator operates at optimal temperatures and preventing overheating. This helps maintain consistent, reliable power output for both industrial and residential use.

Our fuel lines are designed for safe and efficient fuel transport, offering superior resistance to leaks, wear, and chemicals, ensuring long-term reliability. Additionally, our exhaust system hoses are built to effectively manage exhaust gases in high-heat environments, improving safety and operational efficiency.

For air and fluid transfer, our hoses and pipes provide stable airflow and fluid movement in generator cooling and control systems. This ensures your generator operates at peak performance without disruptions.

Made from high-quality materials like silicone, T6063 Aluminium, and 304 Stainless Steel, our hoses and pipes are designed for strength, flexibility, and excellent resistance to UV, ozone, and aging. This makes them the ideal choice for demanding generator applications in both industrial and residential settings.

What does Silicone Hose UK sell?

Silicone hose in straights, elbows, reducers, couplers and coils; rubber hose for coolant, fuel, air, LPG and marine use; PVC hose in reinforced, wire reinforced, layflat and clear; ducting in silicone, polyurethane, PVC and aluminium; aluminium and stainless hard pipe and fittings; hose clips and clamps; air filters; tools; and van lining carpet, rubber matting and upholstery fabric.

How do I find the right product?

Work from the application rather than the product name. Decide what is flowing through the hose, at what temperature and pressure, and whether it needs to resist vacuum. That narrows the material immediately. Then pick the bore by measuring the pipe stub it slides onto. If you would rather just ask, send us the details and we will point you straight at it.

How do I know what size to order?

Order hose by internal diameter, matched to the outside diameter of the pipe or spigot it fits over. Measure the pipe itself with vernier callipers - not the old hose, which stretches in service and reads large. Metal pipe and joiners are ordered by outside diameter, because that is what the hose slides over.

Can I buy cut lengths or do I need a full coil?

Most hose is cut to order from 1 metre upwards, and full coils are available where the product supports it. Coils work out considerably better value per metre, so if you have a long run or several connections it is usually worth buying one. Off-cut mixed boxes are a cheap way to keep short pieces on the shelf.

Do you make bespoke hose?

Yes - bespoke silicone hose to order in non-standard bores, angles, leg lengths, wall thicknesses, ply counts and colours. Send us the part you are replacing, a sketch with dimensions, or an OE number, plus the medium and temperature. Small quantities are welcome; it does not have to be a production run.

Do you supply trade and bulk?

Yes. Clips and clamps come in 10 and 100 packs and assorted boxes, hose is available in full coils, and off-cut boxes cover short pieces. If you buy regularly for a workshop, garage, farm or fleet, get in touch about a trade account rather than ordering piecemeal.
