Description

Silicone Wire Reinforced Hose is a heavy-duty, flexible hose designed for demanding applications requiring strength, flexibility, and resistance to collapse under vacuum or bend stress. Constructed with a smooth extruded silicone compound inner layer, reinforced with polyester braids and an embedded steel wire helix, the hose provides excellent durability, pressure resistance, and kink prevention. The robust design ensures reliable performance in coolant, air, and fluid transfer systems across automotive, marine, and industrial environments. Operating between -50°C and +250°C, this multi-layered hose meets SAE J20 R3 standards, combining long service life with outstanding thermal and mechanical resilience. Supplied in 1-metre lengths and available in sizes from 6 mm to 35 mm internal diameter, the wire-reinforced silicone hose is suited to both pressure and vacuum applications.
