Silicone Wire Reinforced Hose is a heavy-duty, flexible hose designed for demanding applications requiring strength, flexibility, and resistance to collapse under vacuum or bend stress. Constructed with a smooth extruded silicone compound inner layer, reinforced with polyester braids and an embedded steel wire helix, the hose provides excellent durability, pressure resistance, and kink prevention. Operating between -50°C and +250°C, this multi-layered hose meets SAE J20 R3 standards, combining long service life with outstanding thermal and mechanical resilience. Supplied in 1-metre lengths and available in sizes from 6 mm to 35 mm internal diameter, the wire-reinforced silicone hose is suited to both pressure and vacuum applications.
