Due to our super strong multi ply construction(3 ply reinforcement whereas rubber at most has 1 ply) Silicone hose is a extremely flexible compared to rubber, with the ability to maintain this flexibility over the lifespan of its use. What is it, and what does it fit?
A direct-fit silicone replacement for the original intercooler and turbo hose on this Chevrolet. Check the model, engine and year range on this page against your vehicle before ordering.

How do I make sure it fits my car?
Match on model, engine and year or facelift, because hoses often change mid-generation. The most certain method is the OE part number on the part you are removing. If you cannot find one, send us photos of the old hose with a tape measure alongside, or your registration, and we will confirm.

Why replace the original with silicone?
Original rubber and plastic charge air hoses harden and split with age and heat, and they fail under boost - usually as a sudden loss of power with a boost fault code. Silicone does not perish, handles far higher temperatures, and will typically outlast the rest of the vehicle.

What are the symptoms of a failed original?
Sluggish acceleration, a whistling or hissing under load, reduced power and often a boost pressure fault code. The split is frequently on the underside where it is not obvious, so it is worth removing the part to inspect rather than eyeballing it in place.

What colours are available?
black, blue and red. The colour is cosmetic - construction and rating are identical. If you are doing several hoses on the same vehicle, order them together so the shades match.

Does it come with clips?
