What is it for?
Splitting a 76mm heater or ventilation duct into two, so one feed can supply two outlets - typically splitting a vehicle heater or demist duct, or branching a ventilation run.

What size is it?
76mm (3 inch) spouts, 160mm long overall. Order ducting or hose to suit a 76mm connection.

What is it made from?
ABS plastic, which gives rigidity and impact resistance at low weight and will not corrode in a damp vehicle footwell or bulkhead.

What temperature will it take?
-20C to +105C. That covers cabin heater and ventilation air comfortably. For genuinely hot air - engine or process air above that - you need silicone glass fibre ducting and metal fittings.

How do I connect it?
Push the ducting fully over each spout and secure it with a worm drive clip or a ducting clamp. Support the duct either side so the connector is not carrying the weight of the run.

Will splitting the duct halve the airflow to each outlet?
Roughly, yes, and unevenly if one branch is longer or more convoluted than the other. Keep the two branches similar in length and avoid tight bends right after the T if you want the outlets to feel balanced.
