Propane Screw On Gas Regulator 37mbar With Hose Kit is designed for controlled and reliable gas delivery in domestic, leisure, and light commercial environments. Featuring a standard screw-on connection compatible with propane cylinders, this LPG regulator ensures consistent 37mbar output pressure for safe operation of gas appliances. Supplied with an 8mm LPG hose, the assembly provides a ready-to-install solution for gas transfer systems requiring dependable flow and secure connections. The regulator is manufactured for durability and stable performance, supporting applications such as caravanning, outdoor heating, and cooking equipment. The integrated hose connection is sized for 8mm internal diameter LPG tubing, allowing efficient gas flow while maintaining safety and compliance with typical propane system requirements. Suitable for use in varying outdoor conditions, the regulator and hose kit offers a practical solution for medium-pressure gas regulation and distribution.

Key Features:

  • Gas Type: Propane screw-on regulator for standard LPG cylinders.

  • Output Pressure: Fixed 37mbar for consistent appliance performance.

  • Hose Size: Supplied with 8mm internal diameter LPG hose.

  • Connection Type: Secure screw-on fitting for reliable sealing.

  • Application: Suitable for BBQs, caravans, heaters, and camping equipment.

  • Construction: Durable regulator body with flexible LPG hose assembly.

  • Installation: Ready-to-use kit for quick and straightforward setup.

The regulator is engineered to maintain a stable outlet pressure of 37mbar, ensuring consistent gas flow for efficient combustion across a wide range of propane-powered appliances. The screw-on connection provides a secure and leak-resistant interface with compatible gas cylinders, reducing the risk of pressure loss during operation. Paired with an 8mm LPG hose, the system supports effective gas transfer while maintaining flexibility for routing and installation. The hose construction is designed to withstand typical outdoor conditions, offering resistance to wear and environmental exposure. This combination of regulator and hose enables reliable performance in applications requiring medium-pressure gas supply, including portable and fixed installations. The smooth internal bore of the hose supports efficient flow rates, while the reinforced structure helps maintain integrity under working pressure conditions.

Common applications include gas supply for BBQ systems, patio heaters, caravans, camping stoves, and mobile catering equipment. The 37mbar propane regulator with 8mm LPG hose kit is widely used in leisure, domestic, and light commercial environments where safe and consistent gas delivery is essential. Suitable for outdoor cooking, heating, and general LPG-powered equipment, the assembly supports a range of industrial fluid handling and gas distribution tasks. Its compatibility with standard propane cylinders and 8mm hose systems makes it a practical choice for maintenance, replacement, or new installations across multiple sectors.

What is it, and which cylinder does it fit?

A regulator supplied with matching LPG hose and clips, ready to connect. This is the screw-on POL type delivering 37mbar, for propane cylinders. Check the valve on your cylinder before ordering - clip-on and screw-on fittings are not interchangeable.

What is the difference between butane and propane regulators?

They deliver different pressures - butane 28mbar, propane 37mbar - and appliances are jetted for one or the other, so the wrong regulator makes an appliance run badly and unsafely. Propane also vaporises at much lower temperatures, which is why it is the choice for outdoor and winter use.

What standard is it built to?

EN 16129, the European standard for LPG pressure regulators. That covers the relief mechanism, the materials and the pressure accuracy. Uncertified gas equipment is not worth the saving.

What flow rate does it deliver?

1.5kg/h maximum. Check that against the total demand of your appliances - a regulator that cannot supply enough gas causes appliances to run weak or cut out under load, particularly with several burners going at once.

What temperature range does it cover?

the range listed on this page. This is another reason propane is preferred for outdoor and winter work - butane stops vaporising properly as the temperature approaches freezing, so a butane setup can simply stop delivering gas on a cold morning.

What hose do I need with it?

The kit includes matching LPG hose and clips, so the bore, nozzle and clip sizes are already correct. Never substitute general-purpose rubber hose, and replace the hose at the date marked on it.
