Our customer service team is here Monday to Friday, 10am–4pm. Emails sent inside those hours are normally answered the same working day; anything that arrives overnight or at the weekend is picked up the next working morning.

Yes — that’s what we’re here for. Silicone hose is measured by its internal diameter (ID), so measure the outside of the metal pipe or spigot the hose has to slide over, not the old hose itself.

Send us the measurements, the vehicle or machine it’s going on, and a photo if you have one, and we’ll point you at the right part. If we don’t stock what you need off the shelf, ask — tell us what you’re trying to do and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

We’re at Unit 5 Holmebank Mills, Station Road, Mirfield, WF14 8NA. Our trade counter is open Monday–Tuesday 7am–7pm, Wednesday–Thursday 7am–6pm, Friday 7am–5pm and Saturday 7am–1pm, so you’re welcome to come and collect or pick our brains in person.
