We have the capability to manufacture a wide variety of custom hose solutions, tailored to a specific application and suitable across a broad range of sectors. Over the years we’ve produced an extensive range of tailor-made hoses designed around the unique requirements of our customers — whether you need a particular shape, a particular size, or specific performance characteristics, we have the expertise to deliver a purpose-built solution.

We also keep pace with where our industry is heading. Most recently that has meant designing and manufacturing bespoke hoses for the fuel cell and EV sector, supplying high-quality silicone hose into a market that is still growing quickly.

Send us a hose to replicate

You can send us an existing hose to copy. Post it to Silicone Hose UK, Unit 3 Holmebank Mills, Station Road, Mirfield, WF14 8NA — but get in touch first so we know it’s coming and can keep the process moving.

Wherever possible, send a technical drawing alongside the physical sample. A used hose will have worn and distorted in service, so its diameters may no longer match the original. The drawing is what lets us replicate the specification accurately rather than reproducing the wear.

Information We Require

Send as much of the following as you can. The more complete the brief, the faster and more accurate the quote.

    In millimetres, at each end.

  • Operating temperature

    Continuous and peak.

  • Transfer media

    What flows through it.

  • Working pressure

    Working, not burst.

  • Material

    Silicone, fluorosilicone or reinforced.

  • Colour

    Standard or matched to yours.

  • Intended application

    Where the hose will be fitted.

  • Branding

    Printed logo, or plain.

Minimum order quantities apply

A moulded bespoke hose needs its own custom tooling, which costs between £200 and £2,000 depending on complexity. That means there’s a minimum order — how many varies by product, and we’ll confirm yours with your quote. Only need one? See below, we can usually still help.

How long does a bespoke order take?

Plan for around three months from payment to delivery. That covers design, manufacture, testing, and then packing and shipping. We’ll confirm a lead time with your quote.

Can I order a one-off custom hose?

Not as a moulded one-off — the tooling cost makes that unviable for a single piece.

But we can usually still sort you out. We hold a lot of hose here, so for a one-off we’ll often build what you need from stock — cutting hose down and joining sections to get the shape and length required. It won’t be a single moulded part, but for one hose it’s normally quicker and a good deal cheaper.

Send us the dimensions and we’ll tell you straight away whether it’s doable.

Can I have my own logo printed on the hose?

Yes. We can print your logo or branding directly onto the hose, so the finished part meets your technical requirements and carries your name. Send us the artwork with your enquiry and we’ll work with you on how it sits on the hose.

Can I send you a hose to copy?
