Unser Induktionskit ist ein hochwertiges Luftansaugsystem für 1,6-Liter-VAG-Motorenmodelle, die zwischen 2004 und 2013 hergestellt wurden. Dieses Kit wurde speziell dafür entwickelt, die Motorleistung Ihres Autos zu steigern, indem es für einen effizienteren und ungehinderten Luftstrom in den Motor sorgt. Der passende MAF-Sensor ist in den Versionen 68 mm und 70 mm erhältlich.

Dieses Kit enthält unsere neueste Filtec-Filterserie mit einer 360°-Filteroberfläche, die einen hervorragenden dynamischen Durchfluss für eine höhere Leistung bietet. Der Vorteil einer Öffnung an der Oberseite besteht darin, dass mehr Luft durch den Filter strömen kann. Dieser Filter wird mit einem Satz Reduzierringe geliefert, sodass er in 99 % aller Fahrzeuge passt.

Das Kit lässt sich leicht installieren und wird mit der gesamten erforderlichen Hardware geliefert. Es ist somit ein einfaches DIY-Upgrade für Autoliebhaber aller Erfahrungsstufen.

How to measure ID

Measure the pipe, not the old hose
Heat and age make a used hose swell and go out of round. Take your reading across the metal outlet the hose slides onto — that measurement is your ID.

Use vernier calipers
Set the outer jaws across the widest point of the pipe. A tape measure round a curve reads low by a millimetre or two — enough to buy the wrong size.

Take three readings, keep the largest
Rotate 60° between each. If they disagree the pipe is oval; size to the biggest figure so the hose still seals.

Round to the nearest listed bore
Never go up: a bore wider than the fitting will not grip, whatever the hose is made of. If you land between listed sizes take the smaller bore, and secure it with a clip.
Order by ID, always. Every hose on this site is listed by internal diameter. OD is given for clearance only — it changes with wall thickness and ply count, so it is never the ordering size. On reducers, quote both ends, largest first.

How do I make sure it fits my car?
Match on model, engine and year or facelift, because hoses often change mid-generation. The most certain method is the OE part number on the part you are removing. If you cannot find one, send us photos of the old hose with a tape measure alongside, or your registration, and we will confirm.

Why replace the original?
Original rubber and plastic parts perish, harden and crack with age and heat cycling. Silicone does not perish and handles far higher temperatures, so on a part that is awkward to reach, fitting silicone once is considerably cheaper than doing the job twice.

What colours are available?
black, red and blue. The colour is cosmetic - construction and rating are identical. If you are doing several hoses on the same vehicle, order them together so the shades match.

Does it come with clips?
Some of our listings offer clips as an option at checkout - check the options on this page. Where they are not included, we stock stainless worm drive clips and T-bolt clamps in every matching size. Always renew clips with a hose: old ones lose tension and corrode where you cannot see.

Is it a straightforward fit?
It is a direct replacement for the original, so it goes back the way the old one came out. Take the opportunity to check the rest of the run while it is apart - a part that has aged out is rarely the only one, and doing them together saves repeating the access work.
