Von den langlebigen 3-lagigen durchgehenden Luft- und Wasserschläuchen bis hin zu den praktischen 2-lagigen Heizkörperschläuchen und vakuumextrudierten Schläuchen haben wir alle Spulen, die Sie für unkomplizierte Verbindungen benötigen.

Wenn es um Luft- und Wassersysteme geht, sind unsere 3-lagigen Endlosschläuche robust und zuverlässig. Sie sind für den problemlosen Umgang mit kontinuierlichem Luftstrom und Wasserzirkulation ausgelegt und eignen sich daher perfekt für verschiedene Anwendungen.

Für Heizsysteme sind unsere 2-lagigen Heizschläuche eine zuverlässige Wahl. Sie sorgen für einen gleichmäßigen Kühlmittelfluss und sorgen dafür, dass Ihr Fahrzeug bei kälterem Wetter die richtige Temperatur behält.

What is a silicone coil and why buy one?
It is silicone hose supplied in a continuous length rather than short moulded sections, so you cut exactly what you need from one piece. Buy a coil when a 1 metre length will not reach, when you have several runs of the same bore to make, or when you are plumbing a system from scratch and want to avoid unnecessary joins.

What is in the range?
Continuous 3 and 4 ply silicone hose in 13mm to 51mm, in coils from 1 to 5 metres, in red, blue and black. The 2 ply radiator and heater hose in 6mm to 25mm, in lengths from 1 to 50 metres. And silicone vacuum tubing in thirty size combinations from 3mm x 7mm to 10mm x 16mm, in coils up to 30 metres, in blue, red, black and clear.

How much should I buy?
Measure the run with a piece of string following the exact route including bends, then add a margin for trimming and for the odd mistake. Longer coils work out better value per metre, and offcuts are always useful. If you are replacing both a feed and a return, do them together - they are the same age and the second will fail soon after the first.

What are they rated for?
The continuous hose is multi-ply fabric-reinforced silicone to SAE J20 R3, suitable for coolant, air and general fluid transfer. The 2 ply hose is rated -30C to +200C at 18 to 24 bar. The vacuum tubing is unreinforced VMQ silicone rated -60C to +180C. None of them is suitable for fuel or oil - use the fluorolined range for that.

Can I use the vacuum tubing under pressure?
For low-pressure signal lines to a gauge or solenoid, yes. It is unreinforced, so it is not a pressure hose and should not be used for charge air, pressurised coolant or anything where a failure matters. Under sustained pressure it will balloon and eventually split. Use reinforced hose for anything carrying rather than sensing pressure.

Will an unreinforced coil collapse under vacuum?
The vacuum tubing wall thickness is chosen to hold its shape at normal manifold vacuum in the sizes offered. It is not for the suction side of a pump or for strong sustained vacuum in larger bores - for those you need a hose with a wire helix.
