What PVC products are in this range?
High visibility PVC pole hose for water-fed pole systems, PVC corrugated reinforced flexible hose for suction and ducting, and the Land Rover Series heater demist vent ducting for Series 1, 2, 2a, 2b and 3 - all built from PVC, which is what groups them here.

What is PVC good and bad at?
Good: light, flexible, cheap, UV resistant, will not corrode, and available clear so you can see flow. Bad: it tops out at +65C, stiffens noticeably in cold weather, and it is not fuel or oil compatible. If your application is hot or carries hydrocarbons, you want rubber or silicone instead.

What temperature range does it cover?
-10C to +65C across the PVC products. That is the fundamental limit of the material. In practice it means PVC is fine for water, air, irrigation, ducting and general transfer, and wrong for anything near an engine, exhaust or hot process fluid.

What is the corrugated reinforced hose for?
General-purpose suction and delivery, and air, dust and fume ducting. It has an embedded steel wire helix so it resists crushing and will not collapse under vacuum, which means it works on both sides of a pump or fan. Available in 19mm to 51mm, in clear and black.

Why is the Land Rover demist ducting in this range?
Because it is made from PVC. The original ducting on Series 1, 2, 2a, 2b and 3 perishes, hardens and collapses, so windscreen demisting fades away long before the heater itself fails. Our replacements are listed against OE numbers such as 347745 and 304345 304346.

What is the pole hose for?
Water-fed pole window cleaning systems. It is reinforced PVC rated to 20 bar with a smooth non-toxic white bore, in 5mm, 6mm and 8mm, in six fluorescent colours. The high visibility matters because a hose across a pavement is a trip hazard that is easy to miss in poor light.
