Website and ordering process was simple enough and received the invoice within a couple of hours of placing the order
However, the issue I have with the process of finding out where the goods are and when they will be delivered as it required someone to present to sign for it.
Placed order on the 24th April and received a notification on the 25th stating that the items had been dispatched with Fedex and referenced a Fedex uk tracking number.
Several attempts were made to use the Fedex link to track the goods and it came back with an error message.
I tried contacting Silicone Hose uk on the phone number listed on the invoice on the 29th , which resulted in an automated message stating that you can enquire about the location of goods by email only.
Received an email on 29th at 1808 from Fedex stating delivery would be delivering items from ASH logistics ( no idea why this company is involved )between 0820 and 1220 on the 30th. Again attempted to gain access to the Fedex link to change the delivery option as we were not going to be in and again received an error message.
Luckily the Fedex driver contacted me on the delivery date as no one was in and arranged verbally where to leave the goods.
To sum up this experience, reasonably priced and easy to place order, but it gets a bit tricky to find out when the delivery will arrive.
