I ordered this hose plus 10 clips. With no delivery advice the first I knew something had gone wrong was when I was asked to review something I had not yet received. I contacted your customer service by email and received a prompt reply saying the first package had been lost. I was told it would be re-sent. I was then told there was no blue hose (as I had originally ordered) available and would I axccept black. I accepted this and the hose arrived a couple of days later without the hose clips. I reported this and was then asked to prove I had not received them by sending a picture of the packing note. Fortunately this was stuck on the outside of the hose packet so i sent the picture. 2 days later I received the hose clips. This has taken 3 weeks so it is very fortunate that I wasn't in a rush to get the hose and clips. Perhaps it's time to change the courier!
