If you notice that your parcel is a little late in arriving, please first check the tracking number on the relevant 'track and trace' website, normally this will be Royal Mail. It is possible that your parcel is simply being held for you at your local parcel office either for you to collect or for you to rearrange a convenient delivery date. Please contact them as soon as possible quoting the tracking number to discuss before contacting us.

If you pay by Credit Card or Paypal your purchase is covered against problems. We ask that you contact us first to discuss the nature of your complaint.
